TMDS CZ was built on a straightforward premise: in commodity trade and financial intermediation, the value of a contact depends entirely on whether it's real.
The company emerged from a background in corporate risk management - years spent inside organizations where the cost of a bad decision is measured in more than money. That work led to co-founding a risk consultancy, which grew on the strength of precise, repeatable work and was eventually acquired. After the sale, the focus shifted - toward the clients and counterparties who had moved into senior roles at commodity businesses and refined fuel producers, and toward the transactions that those relationships made possible.
TMDS CZ is the entity through which that work now runs.
We are small by design. The relationships that matter in this business are not built through marketing. They are built by being present, consistent, and honest about what a deal requires - including when the honest answer is that it isn't going to work.
We know our counterparties personally. Not through LinkedIn. Not through intermediary chains. That is not a claim most in this space can make and mean.

EN590, Jet A-1, and other refined fuel products. We work on both sides of a transaction - sourcing and off-take - with counterparties who have verified capacity and confirmed demand.
We don't circulate SCOs to mailing lists or forward packages on behalf of brokers we've never met. When we bring something to a counterparty, preliminary verification has already been done and there is a real basis for a conversation.
Transactions are structured to close. That sounds obvious. In practice, it isn't.
